Your daily responsibilities

• Working closely with the team and ensuring consistency of vision
• Understanding our Discord community expectations and aligning those with the vision
• Designing monetization and rewarding mechanics around our innovative economic model
• Planning a realistic roadmap and release cycle together with the development team that keeps high engagement and retention
• Collaborating with content creator partners

Is this you?

• You have 5+ years of professional game development experience
• You have shipped at least a social game on any platform (in a senior or a lead role)
• You have expertise using Unreal Engine or similar
• You are solution-oriented and resourceful (you enjoy problem-solving, and you have a passion for developing new solutions and creating innovative products)
• You have great collaboration skills (you are willing to share knowledge and help others within the team, but 2also know to ask for help when you need it)
• You have Fluent English skills (no Finnish required)

Nice to have

• Experience in social interactions in games, online games, and non-competitive gameplay
• Interest in Pixel Streaming, Web3, and/or Metaverse
